Bird Creek Barn

Happy Monday,
We headed in to Pawhuska, to work on the Bird Creek Barn.

We drove through the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve

 Its so much fun to see the Bison

 Signs of fall

the Sumac is all ready changing color on the hills.

 We drilled the holes in the braces for the barn repair

 then we primed them

 The barn poles are rotting so we are going to take out 

the rotted wood, and replace it with a brace.

 First task cut out the rotted trunk

 Insert the brace 

 Drill holes

 Praying Mantis flew in to say hi
